We Indians love our food and it won’t be wrong if I say few of us live to eat and not eat to live. Our food thaali is as colorful as a color palate of a painter. Our thaali includes flavors ranging from salt to sugar, bitter to sweet and bland to spicy. Have you ever wondered why?
It is because it’s not just a thaali of food, it’s a representation of different emotions of our lives. It’s an amalgamation of so many colors, so many tastes and so many flavors. Amazing isn’t it. However, like our lives no thaali is complete without the tangy or chatpata flavor of an achar. Barni is the pot of our pickles which enhances the flavors of the thaali.
Barni Achar ki is a set of individual stories to add that tanginess in our lives. It can be sweet, hot, sour or a fusion of all these tastes. One might feel a little burnt, or overwhelmed or a little tickle in the upper palate after enjoying these tales. Taste them at your own risk.

The statement by Dr Kalam was the idea behind our first series “ Nikkammey.” These are short stories individual in nature yet interconnected with each other. The characters of these stories are part of our imperfect world which entails lots of chaos. The situations are chaotic but beautiful, funny and witty. One can simply see themselves going through those amazing teenage years where everything was possible at the beginning and turned out impossible to achieve at the end. This earned them the title of“ Nikkammey” or simply useless fellows.
However, that never stopped them from dreaming on and take a shot at life again. These are engrossing, humorous and humble tales that come to life when you read or listen to them. Trust me these are some of the best inspiring tales wrapped in the chutney of motivation and hope, with an amazing gravy of laughter and happiness. Enjoy !!
